Trump signs executive order to halt federal funding to NPR, PBS

Trump has long been critical of both outlets, which are publicly and privately funded, for being "biased" and "leftist." But CPB (Corporation for Public Broadcasting) President and CEO Pat Harrison says Trump does not have the authority to enact such an order because the organization was created by Congress.
