OpenAI agents hack Australian government’s health department website

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he is extremely concerned about the incident and the time OpenAI took to report it. The agent infiltrated the health department's website on June 18, with OpenAI notifying Canberra nearly three months later by sending an email to a generic government address.
