Should I rescue myself and my child? Or should I run to help others because many people were screaming and needed help?"   "There was a bang. The fifth section of the building has collapsed. In our section, the windows and doors were also blown off. People have been killed on the seventh floor,” another resident said.   While visiting one of the attack sites, Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that Kyiv remains the target of Russian attacks because "the Russian Federation is trying to destroy our energy infrastructure and leave the city without heating, water or electricity." He added that, "they want to break people's will, spread depression and make people surrender."
