Rogers then dove into detail, delivering a chilling statistic: “Worryingly, nearly one in ten terrorism investigations at CSIS now includes at least one subject of investigation under the age of 18.” The CSIS director then went on to provide a recent example of a 15-year-old Edmonton area minor who was arrested for a terrorism-related offence in relation to “a transnational violent online network that manipulates children and youth across widely accessible platforms” known as ‘Com764’.
