Demartravion ‘Trey’ Reed was found hanging from a tree at the Delta State Cleveland campus on Monday morning. Delta State University President Dr. Daniel Ennis has acknowledged the emotional response to the coroner’s report, but has insisted the institute notified Reed’s listed “next of kin” contacts as soon as they discovered his body, and have maintained consistent contact with them – despite the chosen emergency contacts not being members of his family. Appearing with the late Reed’s uncle, Jerry Reed, at a press conference in Grenada, Miss. on Tuesday, attorney Vanessa Jones said the family was simply seeking answers “that a simple camera on the university’s campus will answer.” For more info, please go to https://ift.tt/R5sTDnK Subscribe to Global News Channel HERE: http://bit.ly/20fcXDc Like Global News on Facebook HERE: http://bit.ly/255GMJQ Follow Global News on X HERE: http://bit.ly/1Toz8mt Follow Global News on Instagram HERE: https://bit.ly/2QZaZIB #GlobalNews #Mississippi #TreyReed #DeltaState
