https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChLtXXpo4Ge1ReTEboVvTDg https://ift.tt/53ABvgZ Thomas Giuffra, the lawyer representing the woman who alleges she was raped at a Cornell University fraternity house, said in an interview with CBS News she was “incapable of consent.” “She didn't have consent from the time she walked in the door,” he said. “She was completely grossly intoxicated; that's been testified by witnesses who are unaligned with the defendants, unaligned with Ms. Doe. She was completely intoxicated.” Giuffra said four of the accused are facing allegations of rape but claimed all of the accused men were “sexual abusers.” New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Friday she would turn over the case to a special prosecutor, the state Attorney General Letitia James.
