After saying Canada could potentially play "someone better than Italy," Carney stopped after hearing the crowd's reaction. "Can we pull that one back?" Carney joked as he laughed with the audience. Canada, ranked 27th in the world, has been drawn with No. 17 Switzerland, No. 51 Qatar and a yet-to-be determined European team in Group B (a group which includes Italy) at next summer’s FIFA World Cup.
