The UN Human Rights Office says the Rapid Support Forces blocked food and aid for months before launching a three-day assault on the Zamzam camp. “Such deliberate killing of civilians or persons hors de combat may constitute the war crime of murder,” said UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk.
