Cyclone Senyar: More than 400 dead, dozens missing after powerful storm hits Indonesia

Evacuation efforts are underway, but emergency services have been hampered by major roads being cut off and blackouts of telecommunications and electricity. Relief and rescue teams have had to use helicopters to deliver aid to the nearly 1.1 million people affected. Global’s Vincent McAviney reports.
