I'm with the monarchy, but he shouldn't be in it. And Queen Elizabeth should have not protected him quite so much as she did," said a passerby.    "Should never have been, it should never have happened until he's been proven guilty... They have gone for him, witch hunt," another resident said.   Meanwhile, the brother of Virginia Giuffre, who accused Britain's ex-Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager, celebrated the decision and said his sister, who died in April by suicide, would be "so proud" that she has "taken down a prince."
