Another "impactful" winter storm, maybe more, on the horizon for southern Ontario and Quebec

Hull said a Texas low (a system forming over Texas) is coming for the Great Lakes and southern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, by late Wednesday. Hull said on Tuesday the winter storm headed to Ontario late Wednesday is showing the Texas low is tracking further south, meaning it will likely be more of a snow event for southern Ontario.
