The business jet skidded off the runway while landing at the Scottsdale municipal airport and collided with another parked jet, authorities said. Fire officials did not say what caused it to skid off the runway. The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that it was investigating the crash involving a Learjet 35A that skidded off the runway and collided with a Gulfstream 200 jet. The incident comes at a time of heightened scrutiny of U.S. air safety. The Learjet was owned by Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil.
