Video captured by a local photographer shows a victim fleeing after police say the suspect rammed his pickup truck into the victim's vehicle and chased him while armed with a knife. Witness Robin Nuber helped the victim by allowing him to enter his car as the incident unfolded, saying the man “held on for dear life” as he reversed his vehicle. Richard Mark James Evoy is facing charges including assault with a weapon and criminal harassment.
