Carney is in Malaysia, where he is focused on expanding Canada’s trade ties across Asia. Global’s Mackenzie Gray reports from Kuala Lumpur. French authorities have arrested two suspects in connection with the theft of crown jewels from Paris’ Louvre Museum, one week after the heist stunned the world.
