Amber Alert suspect also sought in fatal Ontario shooting killed by police

Police said they found the suspect inside a vehicle at a gas station near Thorold Stone and Montrose roads in Niagara Falls. They said officers “became involved” with the vehicle and the suspect was shot by police. Anthony Deschepper, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene. No officers were injured.
