The shooting left at least three people dead and 17 injured, including children, according to police. They reported that the gunman took his own life. A mother and daughter on the scene described moments of fear and confusion as the incident unfolded. Suzanne Garcia's daughter Clarissa is a fifth grader at the school. Suzanne said she was at work when she heard about the shooting, and raced to the scene looking for her daughter. "Me and my friend we're just praying and praying and then we went outside, we were just waiting... and then I saw my mom, and I was so happy. I was really glad that she was with me," Clarissa said.
