And I'd like to see that, that's my first option,” the Republican leader said. “If there's a second option, I think it would be very bad for Iran,” he added, echoing sentiments earlier in the week of a “harsh” response if Iran develops nuclear weaponry. Israel reportedly established plans to attack Iran in May. U.S. and Iranian officials are set to meet in Rome to discuss concerns around their nuclear program on Friday.
