The World Health Organization raised its risk assessment to "very high” in the Democratic Republic of the Congo as a deadly Ebola outbreak continues to spread in the region and into Uganda. There are now 83 confirmed cases, 744 suspected cases linked to the Bundibugyo strain of Ebola and 176 suspected deaths.
