Defence spending "not only tanks and guns," NATO-allied bank to secure Canada: Expert

Bourbeau added that the DSRB would directly secure Canadians, "I think Canada has a huge chance here to tell Canadians that defence is no longer, or not only tanks and guns. It's way, way broader than this." He said that regardless of which city becomes home to the bank in Canada, "it benefits everyone to, you know, invest in that domain."  He said the strongest contenders to host the bank are Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Ottawa.
