"My little angel": grandmother breaks down after 7-month-old fatally shot in NYC by stray bullet

Shots were fired in the afternoon on a Brooklyn street where police said there were several adults, two strollers and many children. The baby's mother and father ran into a nearby bodega for cover. Upon looking down into the stroller, they saw their daughter covered in blood, according to an NBC News affiliate. The suspected shooter was in custody, Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch told reporters. The suspects drove away and the moped later crashed into a car, she said, adding that police took into custody one of the men who "fits the description of our shooter, based on both clothing and appearance," while the other suspect was still being sought. "He said sister's sleeping.  Sister's sleeping,  grandma. Very heartbroken.  So I tell everyone out there.  Gun violence is not the answer... you know, it's a baby,  this is my little baby angel," grandmother Linda Oyinkoinyan said.
