U.S. and Iranian negotiators held their highest-level talks in half a century on Saturday in Islamabad to try to end their six-week war, even as President Donald Trump said his military was clearing the Strait of Hormuz. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday he has instructed Israel to begin peace talks with Lebanon that would include disarming Hezbollah. "Netanyahu and Trump promise us the reality of a never-ending war, if not in Gaza, then in Iran and if not in Iran, then in Lebanon.
