Changing prices store-wide used to take days; with ESLs it can take minutes, resulting in savings on labour costs, reduced pricing mistakes and opportunities to create more deals. Multiple Canadian grocery retailers have already implemented digital labels, with Sobey’s on track to switch to ESLs this year.
