This year’s theme is “A Fairy Tale World,” and workers were putting the final touches on ice castles, giant steam trains, slides and snow sculptures. Meanwhile, visitors took pictures and admired the nearly finished giant ice structures, snow and frozen flowers. The ice show, which includes ice slides and a nighttime light show, will continue until mid-February, weather permitting, according to the festival’s website.
