Rescuers search for survivors after deadly landslide in Colombia

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChLtXXpo4Ge1ReTEboVvTDg https://ift.tt/S5HGjir Rescue workers and residents in the Colombian municipality of Bello, Antioquia, worked to clear mud on Wednesday in hopes of finding survivors of the deadly landslide that struck the town a day earlier, on Tuesday. “The avalanche came, buried houses, gas cylinders fell, people,” said landslide victim Johana Serna. “We have much sadness in our hearts seeing how a community was lost, seeing how lives were lost." At least 13 people were killed, according to Colombian media outlets. Municipal authorities have also evacuated other sectors considered at risk.
