The pontiff had a life-threatening bout with pneumonia. “Happy Sunday to everyone, thank you very much.,’’ the Pope said, speaking into a microphone. Pope well-wishers expressed their joy, one saying, "I hope he does not suffer, that he is at peace, in the peace of God.'' "I don't know how to explain it.
